Production of the M-Byte model has kicked off at the newly constructed factory of Nanjing Zhixing Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. ("Nanjing Byton") situated in Qixia District of Nanjing city, Jiangsu (actually very close to Zhenjiang city, see location). Trial production was conducted last October.

@saxoli Du bist doch der große China-Experte.
Die Europa-Software des MG ZS EV ist/war ja eine totale Katastrophe, aber es wurden ja Updates angekündigt. Gibt es die irgendwo in Europa schon?

..... soweit mir bekannt ist gibt es in den UK schon einige Updates.

Jedoch "nur" Anpassungen bei speziellen Ladeprotokollen diverser englischer Ladesäulenanbieter / Home Chargern. Da gab es wohl immer wieder Ladeabbrüche oder Probleme beim zeitgesteuerten Laden.

Erst wenn es für MG / SAIC möglich ist wg. Datenschutz usw. in Europa eine eigene Serverinfrastruktur aufzubauen, werden die auf das tolle Infotainmentsystem & App-Support (iSmart) von Asien, so hoffe ich, updaten.

Vielleicht ist bei den europäischen Modellen auch gar keine SIM-Karte verbaut? Oder es gibt noch keinen Vertrag mit einem europäischen Mobilfunkanbieter?

Wenn jemand (vielleicht auch ein Händler) aus Österreich, den Niederlanden, Belgien usw. Auskunft geben könnte wäre schon toll.
