#EVs made 75.8% of the new models.

26 models were #PHEV and 2 #REEV.

Most of the vehicles' price at RMB 100 K - 200 K, range at 400-500 km (NEDC).

BYD Sold Over 1,000 Buses In Latin America

The Chinese manufacturer captured 71% of the EV bus market.

While plug-in car and bus sales declined in China, BYD managed to achieve significant growth of bus sales in Europe, North America and South America.

One of the latest milestones is 1,035 electric buses (delivered or ordered) in Latin America, which makes BYD the top player with 71% share (out of 1,462 EV buses total).

One of the biggest surprises is that sales volume in Latin America are two times bigger than in the U.S.

JMC Yuhu EV Pickup Is Ready in Chinese Market

JMC Yuhu EV is the first pure electric pickup launched by JMC Motors. It launched two models this time, with a pre-subsidy price of RMB 248,800 to 268,800 (~US$25,416 – US$38,272).

JMC Yuhu EV pickup is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 163 horsepower.

The NEDC comprehensive cruising range of the two models is 320km (198miles) and 335km (208miles), respectively.

Just one day after showing the destined-for-production prototype of Hycan 007, Nio unveiled another new car, the EC6, which is a "coupe" (!) version of the ES6. It will be powered by 320 kW (160+160) or 400 kW (160+240) motors in a dual setup (so, four-wheel drive). 70 kWh or 100 kWh battery packs will enable it to travel 425-615 km per NEDC standards.
