weiß jemand wie man den ton vom öffnen der tür und vom anschnallen abstellt
und ich würd gerne den ton der offenen tür durch nen andren ersetzen

Hallo zusammen,

weiß jemand zufällig wie man im Engineering Menü Einstellungen permanent speichern kann?
Im Bereich System --> Tuning kann man die Meldung "Batterientladung" deaktivieren. Allerdings ist dies Änderung nach Neustart des Geräts wieder weg.

Ich bin jetzt auch die diversen Tutorials durchgegangen und habs erfolgreich geschafft Apps zu installieren. Schade ist dass ich die NextPlug App nicht zum Laufen bekommen habe (fehlende Google Play Dienste). Die gibts zwar zum installieren bei apkpure aber laufen nicht.

Dafür hatte ich die Alternative "Stromtankstellen" gefunden. Die greift eh auf die GE Daten zu. Spotify wollte bei mir gar nicht öffnen.
Die Maingau App hat ebenfalls den Dienst verweigert was wirklich schade ist, weil man dann bequem vom Navi aus die Säulen schon aktivieren könnte.

Waze läuft auch soweit ich sehen konnte. Zwar etwas ruckelig aber hält sich in Grenzen.
Bei der ganzen Sache ist mir bewusst geworden, dass die Hersteller sowas eigentlich locker hätten etablieren können. Ordentliche Hardware rein die auch nach Jahren noch Updates von Google bekommt und die App Installation dem Nutzer überlassen. Aber klar die wollen halt für sowas keine Garantie geben, weil die wieder irgendwelche Experten was kaputtspielen usw.

Ich habe im Entwicklermenü alle Animationen abgeschaltet. Dadurch etwas zackiger aber der Ton beim Ein- und Ausschalten ist leider immer noch da

Nein. Leider nicht. Ich habe es aber auch aufgegeben, da es anscheinend keine Lösung gibt, in irgendeinen Safe-Boot oder das System ohne Zugang zurückzusetzen. Und das System auszubauen und mit irgendwelchen Zangen irgendwelche Relais kurz zu schließen sind für mich keine Lösung.

Leider ist das Mediasystem nach Aussage meines Autohauses im Moment aber nicht lieferbar. Also muss ich halt Radio hören und mich mit dem iPhone navigieren lassen.

My experience was like this,

I plugged in a USB keyboard and repeatedly hit the E button whist holding alt print.. this eventually brought me to a screen where the UI was garbled and I could not read anything...I persisted with more of same and eventually came across a broken (replicated 4 times on 1 screen) screen which said "restart to complete processor" or something similar...did a few more restarts (CTL alt del) then a non fobared screen appeared saying the upgrade had failed, giving me option to revert, which I did. I then when to change my underpants...

Another Persons Experience was like this:

Plug in a USB keyboard, then repeatedly press ALT + PRINT SCREEN + E. This will take your head unit into forced firmware update (I think). After doing it repeatedly the unit told ME that it was doing firmware update (but no usb with update was plugged in). To another person in another forum that had the unit bricked it told him (after several presses) that there was an issue with his firmware and to rollback. Everytime you press the combination, the touch stops responding, after a couple seconds it reboots. If you press the combination BEFORE it boots you will see weird lines on the screen. It will restart itself. If you keep doing it, it will eventually tell you that its a firmware update or, in the other case, will tell you if you can rollback the FW.
CTRL + ALT + DEL will reboot the unit

WOW thank you for linking me this, I have been searching the net for where those key combo from! so they are linux keys. interesting that the Headunit can accept those combos.

Never the less, its fantastic news and knowledge for us, if we venture to try other settings in the engineer menua nd the headunit hangs or something.
However in my case, my headunit " bricked " because the dealer tried to update the SW/FW to the latest version, and it cant since i have installed 3rd party apps. I think it didnt have enough memory to completly upgrade the software.

Well, the sysrq-keys are enabled by default on linux kernel builds. The vendor needs to disable them. I would not be surprised at all if the developers of the HUs software don't even know this feature exists 8)

So is our HU based on a linux backend?? i thought it was on an android backend?
