Maybe it checks the values? But is it possible to save new values in that Har file at all?

Hi,

it works.
I opened the navi8.tar with 7Zip. In 7Zip you can navigate to the two .bin files and view them with F3. Change RUS to EUR and save the change.
7 Zip can save changes in the tar file.
I generate the new md5 Hash value with a program named TotalCommander and change the navi8.tar value in the RUS:13.47.47.642.403.2_md5.txt.
