Does anyone know about or have pictures on progress of Bayerischer Wald Sud, it is under construction already for 90 days and wondering if it is near completion or this is 1 of the stations that is going to take forever.

War heute dort, da ist immer noch ein ganz normaler einzelner Tripple Charger der außerdem auch noch defekt ist. Eine Baustelle konnte ich nicht entdecken.

Laut Ionity liegt Aechener Land Süd aber Kazakhstan ^^

Weiskirchen Süd ist interessant. Hätte eher Spessart Süd erwartet.

Spessart Sud would have been brilliant 197km from Bad Honnef and 190km to Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz. With Weiskirchen that is 157km from Bad Honnef and 234km to Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz. That is still possible but requires charging to higher SoC % or driving at lower speeds .

Maybe keep using Spessart Nord, only negative is that you have to drive 50 meters against traffic on the parking lot.

Were you add Bayerischer Wald Sud or Bayerischer Wald Nord? Construction at Bayerischer Wald Nord just started today - maybe it will speed things up for Bayerischer Wald Sud as well.

Was really planning to use this station when travelling to Slovakia as not many 100kW+ chargers in the area, so far had been using the E-wald single 150kW in Straubing but that is quite a detour from the highway.

Don't forget Haidt Süd. I think Ionity were targeting locations every 120 km on average on the motorways, but I think on the main motorways the network will be denser. So I would expect one more location between Bad Honnef and Weiskirchen om the A3 that can also be used if you are travelling Cologne<->Mannheim.

For me (with the pre-facelift Ioniq), distances between 100 and 120 km are ideal, and up to 150 km doable at a reasonable speed while using an SOC range of around 10 to 83 percent.

Coming from the Cologne/Bonn area, my first stop is usually Fastned in Limburg, which really is a little bit too close when starting with 100%. The next good option, Allego Gateway Gardens at Frankfurt airport, is a bit too far away and not a good location to stop with kids. I'm hoping for Bad Camberg.
