PEB replacement and reprogramming important!

Hi all,
So far I know the PEB is one time programming, I heard it's possible to replace a used PEB with the broken one and somehow reprogramming it.

Can someone confirm? And maybe know how it works, I'll pay 1000 euro for someone who can do it

The PEB is normally not replaceable with a used one because of the Vin lock and should be removed out of the software.

New one cost 2200euro insane

Most people cannot fix their 2011-2014 ZE for normal prices

It's really the PEB that is the issue for everyone this is the device that Renault can program once and then u should buy a new one for new car, you cannot reprogramming it easy..
