Charge not possible + motor controller noise

Hi all,

We have 2 Renault Fluence z.e

Both same age but recently one of the fluence get the BCI error (charge not possible) also when I compare one fluence with the one which has the problem makes more noise when put in drive..sound comes from controller I think is like high frequency tone but not normal..also this cause the error on the screen. Where can I check?

Hi "jinko",

this could be an early symptom for a defective motor. Most Fluences seem to show a "Charge not Possible", possibly combined with "check Speed Limiter" error before it runs into a "Motor defective error.
It is likely to be an insulation problem with the motor brushes.

Thank you for your reply, so we are technically and mechanical enough to fix this BUT any 'point to a good Direction?
How can we solve this issue? Do u know how to a little?

we have replaced the brushes but error still exist.

we get isulation fault level 2
