In einem Forum hat gestern jemand berichtet wie er aus der APK-Datei der "MyChevrolet-App (der Installationsdatei für die Android-App) eine Menge wirklich interessanter Daten über die Kalibrierung, Degradation sowie Konditionierung der Batterie vom Chevrolet Bolt EV herauslesen konnte. Diese Daten verraten uns auch einiges über die Batterie im Opel Ampera-e.

Daraus lässt sich zum Beispiel die angenommene Abnahme der nutzbaren Batteriekapazität in Bezug auf die gefahrenen Kilometer ablesen:

Auch interessant, dass bei 0%SOC in Wirklichkeit noch 4%SOC als Puffer vorhanden sind. Angezeigte 100%SOC sind effektive 96%SOC. Es werden von der Batterie netto der Bereich von 4% bis 96% verwendet, was 92%SOC der Bruttobatterie sind.
Die Bruttokapazität müsste dann im Bereich von 65.2 kWh liegen.

Aus den Daten zum "DC Charging Profile" habe ich eine Excel-Tabelle gemacht. Hier sieht man mit welcher Stromrate in A bei den entsprechenden Batterietemperaturen und SOC%-Werten geladen wird. Die ideale Batterietemperatur vom System ist 25° Celsius. Die Flüssigkeits-Temperierung sorgt dafür, dass sich die Batterie in diesem Temperaturbereich befindet. Ab 40° Celsius wird die Batterie gekühlt. Wann genau die Batterieheizung einsetzt, ist mir noch nicht ganz klar.
Eine DC-Vollladung von 0% bis 100% SOC soll bei Ideal-Temperatur 74.4 Minuten dauern.

Ja stimmt, habe ich mir auch schon gedacht. Die Batterie vom Bolt EV/Ampera-e hat es zwischen 25 und 40 Grad am liebsten. Ich werde die Excel-Tabelle noch anpassen.

Sehr interessant Dein Internetfund! Auch was die erwartete Kapazität über die Laufzeit angeht.
Am DC Lader setzt die Akkukühlung bei 28-29 Grad Celsius Batterietemperatur ein.
Am AC und DC Lader wird die Batterie durch die Heizung auf bis zu 16 Grad Celsius gebracht.
Ab 20 Grad Celsius Batterietemperatur lädt die Batterie dem SOC entsprechend an einer 50kW(!) Säule maximal schnell.
Im Januar bin ich noch von 3,5% Puffer ausgegangen, aktuell nutze ich 3,9% als Wert für den Puffer in meiner Useable SOC Berechnung in Torque Pro. Damit liege ich ja gar nicht schlecht

Aus diesen Daten (ergänzt auch durch andere Quellen) habe ich ein Batterie-Schema erstellt:
Man könnte noch darüber diskutieren, ob GM/Opel die nutzbare Kapazität von 60kWh für den Bereich von -3.26% bis 100% uSOC annimmt. Fahren kann man ja anscheinend tatsächlich von 100% bis -3.26% uSOC (der Punkt, wo der Antrieb ausschaltet), falls die Daten stimmen. In diesem Fall hätte der Bereich von 0% bis 100% uSOC eine Kapazität von 58.1 kWh und die Bruttokapazität läge bei 63.2 kWh.
Man könnte noch darüber diskutieren, ob GM/Opel die nutzbare Kapazität von 60kWh für den Bereich von -3.26% bis 100% uSOC annimmt. Fahren kann man ja anscheinend tatsächlich von 100% bis -3.26% uSOC (der Punkt, wo der Antrieb ausschaltet), falls die Daten stimmen. In diesem Fall hätte der Bereich von 0% bis 100% uSOC eine Kapazität von 58.1 kWh und die Bruttokapazität läge bei 63.2 kWh.
