Ich habe mir das Schreiben mal durchgelesen und finde die Aussage unter Punk 3 doch mehr als eindeutig. Allerdings zugunsten von SLAM

(15a) Interface to charge electric vehicles could include several sockets outlets or vehicle
connectors as far as one of them complies with Annex III.1.1 and 1.2, so as to
allow multistandard recharging. However, the choice for the EU common Type 2
and Combo 2 connectors for electric vehicles should not be detrimental to
Members States having already invested in the deployment of other standardised

Annex III 1.1 und 1.2. sagen.
1.1 Normal power recharging points for motor vehicles
Alternate Current (AC) normal power recharging points for electric vehicles shall
be equipped, for interoperability purposes, at least with socket outlets or vehicle
connectors of Type 2 as described in standard EN62196-2▌. Maintaining the Type 2
compatibility, these socket outlets may be equipped with features such as
mechanical shutters.

1.2 High power recharging points for motor vehicles

Diese Aussage ist doch eindeutig. Ein DC Lader muss
mindestens CCS haben. Diese Bedingung erfüllt SLAM und somit eure Einwände nutzlos.
In Punkt 15a steht auch eindeutig, das es lediglich einen Bestandsschutz für alte Ladestationen mit Chademo bzw Tesla SuC gibt und das neue Stationen Typ-2 und bei DC CCS haben müssen. Weiterhin müssen Neufahrzeuge einen der beiden genannten Standards mindestens erfüllen.
Diese von euch aufgeführte Directive unterstüzt sogar indirekt damit SLAM.
Ihr solltet also nicht gegen SLAM vorgehen, sondern gegen diese Directive.
