Software Update: NEW UPDATE JULY 2021

Hello friends

As promised i will create a new thread, when there is a new Software and map update for Ioniq 5.

Just a quick explanation for those who havent seen my post before. I usually post software updates on the classic ioniq forum.
When i write
EUR update , this means the Source comes from a dealer somewhere in Europe. and is the official Euro update for Hyundai and Kia.

RUS update, this means the source comes from https://update.hyundai.com/RU/EN , Official Russian self update site. This version also works on European Hyundai cars, and is fully european language and map. However i always edit few files and correct the md5 checksum, so its fully " Eurofied " before i repack and upload it.

MIX update, this is quiet new, and we discovered it last week, We were able to take the latest RUS software version and mix in the EUR map files from ioniq5.
with this mix, we have both new software and new map.

As you all know, ioniq 5 will soon get a big autumn update, where it should enable OTA. then i assume when OTA is activated, i will not be needed to provide " offline " software and navi updates. Unless something changes, we will see. ( i will be posting on the classic ioniq 28.8 and 38.8 forum. ) + kia etc.

Bei mir funktioniert seit dem update die Kalenderverknüpfung nciht mehr (Google).
Habe mehrfach den Kalender in der App gelöscht und neuangelegt, ohne Erfolg.
Hat das noch jemand festgestellt und Lösungstipps?

just downloaded the latest version (MIX of eurofied RUS software and latest EUR map files from ioniq5) and installed successfully on my KONA 2020 widescreen.

Das dürfte nicht mit dem Fahrzeug sondern dem UVO-Backend zusammenhängen, hier mein am 26. Juli via App-Store eröffnetes Ticket:

hiermit kommen wir zurück auf Ihre Nachricht vom 26. Juli 2021 und Ihr darin geschildertes Anliegen.

Leider müssen wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass bei der Einbindung der Kalenderfunktion derzeit ein Problem unserseits vorherrscht. Derzeit ist unsere technische Fachabteilung mit der Behebung beauftragt und arbeitet an einer Lösung. Die Funktion wird zeitnah wieder Verfügbar sein.

Wobei ich grad lese, dass Du dieses Ticket am 26sten Juli schon eröffnet hattest.
Mein Kalender funktionierte aber einwandfrei bis vorvorgestern.

Was auch immer UVO Backend ist

Short for “your voice,” UVO is the name Kia has given to their suite of infotainment features, hardware and software.

UVO connect ist also das gleiche wie BlueLink. Das Backend ist die Serverinfrastruktur dazu in der Cloud.

Das Problem, welches ich mit den neuen Updates habe, ist, dass egal, was ich als Adresse per Sprache in die Navigation gebe, er immer "Heim" versteht. Hat einer von euch eine Idee, was das sein könnte?
