Strange odor inside Fluence

Hi,

Since we got our fluence we have noticed strange Smelll inside vehicle. It is hard to describe what kind of smell it is exactly. I have checked floor Mats and those are dry. Also checked water drain ports under windshield. Smell is there always not dependent of AC or driving vehicle. Anyone else noticed this?

Hi Tero,

that's the smell of the lithium battery. It should be stronger when it's warm and the cooling was running.
It's noticable but not really strong. I've smelled way stronger LiIon packs.

With the new battery based on LG Chem cells the smell is gone.
