My new Renault Fluence

Hi,

Just bought used Renault Fluence ZE from germany. I would like to know what are common problems with these cars? I heard that traction motors tend to break down, is this true? Can it be fixed in other way than replacing complete motor? Also can we upgrade battery using cells from GEN2 leaf?
