12.02.2020 13:57Hi. Dose anyone solve the problem with BCI. I have isolation level 2 problem. The car starts normal but after 5 mile drive I get first message BCI. I can drive even 50 miles but once I stop and turn the ignition off and start again I get message Electric motor fault. After 20 minutes all errors are gone and I can drive again. Can I put used parts, motor, charger and peb to fix my car?

17.02.2020 11:19I have bough used motor from crashed car. I will replace on the Saturday and let yous now. Hopefully that will help. I heard that only PEB cannot be replaced by used part.

17.02.2020 21:38Hi,
Ok pls let us know. I have been thinking that it might be possible to swap PEB from another vehicle if you take control PCB(upper pcb) from your old PEB and all other parts from another one. I am not sure if it is possible just my own thinking... Power electronics that usually fail are in lower part of PEB unit.
Also would it Be possible to swap PEB from another car If you also swap EVC from same car...

29.02.2020 06:19Hi,
If I have understood correctly EVC is synonym for ECU in electric cars. I do not know where it is located in Fluence. How did your motor replacement go? Here is a good video of PEB dismantling and explanation of its functions:

EVC is beside the 12V battery , several cables conect to it. But I doubt you could get away with just the PEB and EVC swap...I read Battery pack must be matted with the EVC for the car to work.

06.04.2020 20:51Hi,
Seriously? Remember that this car has a quick change system for battery. So I do not believe that BMS has to match EVC.
