Chademo im Fluence

Mit den zusätzlichen Brusas geht die Zeit weiter runter als nur mit dem Boardlader. Also ein bisschen was mehr kann der Fluence wohl erfassen.
Ist ja auch nicht so wichtig. Vielleicht programmiere ich das mal selber und übermittle dann korrektere Werte an den Chademo Lader.

Hallo Andi, ich bin neu hier und habe mich mal etwas durch deine Beiträge gelesen. Ich habe meinen Fuhrpark seit letzter Woche um eine Renault Fluence ZE erweitert. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Neuzugang, perfektes Stadt/Pendler Auto (fahre am Tag 11Km zur Arbeit) jedoch die geringe Ladeleistung im vergleich zu meiner vorherigen Zoe ist leider sehr gering. Deswegen bin ich auf deine Beiträge gestoßen. Ist es möglich das du mit mir in Kontakt treten kannst damit ich dich ein zwei Fragen dazu fragen kann und evt auch um Hilfe beten kann?

Ich möchte auch mein Projekt mit Ihnen teilen. Ich habe es im Forum speakev ausführlich beschrieben. Mein Auto ist ein 2012 Fluence ZE mit einem Nissan Leaf 2.0 40 kWh Akku und Renault Zoe Antrieb. Dies bedeutet 43 kW Wechselstromaufladung Ich warte auf ein Can-Can-Gateway von einem Entwickler in der Ukraine, damit das Ladegerät in meinem Fluence funktioniert. Wenn jemand wiederholen möchte, ist es machbar. Andi, ich habe mich gefragt, ob Sie mir helfen können, die CHAdeMO-Aufladung meines Autos zu wiederholen. Verkaufen Sie Ihr Board? Ich habe die Steckdose und die Schützbox bereits vom Nissan Leaf gekauft. Vielen Dank und wenn der Administrator mit dem Posten eines Links zum speakev-Forum einverstanden ist, werde ich dies so schnell wie möglich tun. Danke dir!

Hi Toomba,

great job - congratulations! I've read you post in the English forum and you did something I was considereing for a short time as well - to repackage the cells.
I did not do it as they are stacked and bolted together very tight in the Fluence and cannot blow up.

In regards to the Chademo Charger my board is only doing the charger control. Without the second board I already had in my car you can only charge Chademo while having the car switched on. My second board supresses messages from the original charger and then the Cademo board sends new charging messages. So the car will think it's charged through the Type2-port.

Further my board is programmed in assembler and therefore the software is not easy to maintain / modify.
You might be able to to run an arduino-chip on it and program your own Chademo charger. For basic operation it's only a few lines of code in Arduino.

One last thing, can you share your board design and BOM for the board that does the CHAdeMO interfacing?

By the way, can you tell the ID of the messages from the charger you isolate? and what bytes you modified to make the EVC think the charger is still there and working properly during CHAdeMO charging session?

I took down the old slow charger from the car, and installing it back (for sniffing can bus) is a pain in the ass. One has to change all the HV wiring in order to make that work. The HV sockets are different on Zoe gear compared to the Fluence one's.
