Thank you for your interest in using electric vehicle chargers (EVC’s)!
Croatian Telecom provides access the largest number of publicly available charging stations in the Republic of Croatia as well as in the region, with more than 160 publicly available charging stations in more than 90 cities.
You can find out more about the HT service of EVC here:
https://www.hrvatskitelekom.hr/poslovni/ict/e-mobilnost
Croatian Telecom EVC’s can be activated in two ways:
1. Using mobile Plugsurfing application
2. Via T-RFID card
1. Activation with the Plugsurfing application
To activate the EVC through the application, you need to install the Plugsurfing application on your smartphone and follow the steps from the application.
To download an app, click on the icon depending on the operating system installed on your smartphone:

1. Card Activation (T-RFID)
The procedure for getting a prepaid T-RFID card that will enable you to activate the EVC-s managed by Croatian Telecom is as follows:
• You need to buy a card in the nearest T-center:
Dubrovnik, Vukovarska 36
Karlovac, Pavla Rittera Vitezovića 2

Rijeka - Tower centar, Janka Polića Kamova 81A

• The price of the card is 200,00 kn (VAT included). The paid amount can be used for the charging service at the EVC stations where the service is charged. On the charging stations that are free of charge, the card will serve you for an unlimited number of activations of EVC-s.
