Also, what happens if the charger is finished and you still give 10 or 16amp signal?

Hi Menno,

you are about to understand the difficulties. What is needed is a CAN-Gateway that is externally controllable.
So it gets a signal from the Brusa (or other external charger) in order to modify the CAN signal or not.

Second problem at the moment is the power logic. The Gateway has to switch off, when the car goes to sleep.
That's currently not finished in my schematic.

Es sieht so aus als wäre der Gateway nun fertig. Das letzte Problem - die Power-On Logik - funktioniert nun.

Jetzt fehlt noch ein Gehäuse und dann kann das Ding in's Auto.

What I see is that on the app it fluctuations between 8.1kw to 11.1kw

Why?

You can monitor the Brusas. If they do not fluctuate (which is unlikely) then the problem is in the measurement of the fluence.

Okay, much difference haha, between 7-11.1kw

I have build in 3 chargers now.. Very efficient almost no warmt loss.. Small quite fan.. The canbus I need to continue testing when no snow haha now in Netherlands stormy and snow

What is the max voltage you have on the brusa?
What is the max voltage of the battery 403volt? Now with 3 chargers (additional chargers) the new one makes the 2brusas stop at. 73%charge...which is normal charging to 95%
