29.11.2015 12:46New version posted. If anyone of you have TPMS tyres and are using CanZE, please check the experimental section as we try to read out the tyres pressure. Any feedback on this is highly appreciate as none of us has those sensors installed.
Re: Hacking into Zoe's CANbus
29.11.2015 13:29I purchased the recommended dongle and it works with the CanZE app. Still some glitches in the app on my old Samsung S2 with Android 4.1.2 but I think the CanZE is still beta and not final.
Great tool and awesome work!

02.12.2015 14:36Hi,
I have tried the following dongels:
dnt OBD2 (
http://www.elv.de/output/controller.asp ... ail2=43060) 55 Euro
maxiscan KW902 (see picture) 20 Euro
nothing worked. Is anybody around Rosenheim or Traunstein so I can test it and see if my Samsung is the problem or something else. I really would like to get access to my data
regards
Stefan

Yes, pairing with the phone went ok but after that no connection to canze or original KW902 Software. Sent it back. The effect is as you describe om Q&A: Power light comes on, bluetooth comes on for a short blink, pairing is confirmed with phone and thats it. Maybe it was a short circuit as you described in faulty KONNWEI. But I got it working in a BMW with the Torque-software, setting it up to "schnelle Kommunikation" and "disable ELM327 auto timimg adjust".
Do you think it makes sense to order another KW902 and try again?
regards, Stefan

@jmeijer:
Many Thanks for your reply. I already reported the issue on github, but it seems not to be an issue.
Just for my confirmation: There is currently no way to get the trip data or charge date logged on the smartphone?! Is this right?
Thanks and cheers

.....
You did select the proper dongle in CanZE itself (in the settings screen, left top pull down menu in settngs) did you? Because until now the MAxiscans have worked mighty fine.
