Bremsversagen in den USA

Hallo zusammen
Computer gegen Mensch?
Das wäre sicherheitsmässig extrem kritisch. Sagt Euch das was?
I
Got the car back and it drives normally, at least for now. No parts is replaced, dealer reconnected the ABS wire and updated the software; By talking to the service agent, the problem is the car could be in a state that the computer think the break is locked while it is wide open. The click sounds comes from ABS while it believes the brake is fully engaged and ABS kicks in but there is actually no break at all. It is damn danger status. Here is my concern, by reading the recall memo, I am not sure Nissan knows completely the root cause; By searching online, it looks like many Leaf owners lost their brake control, some during the driving, and the issue is currently under investigation. If Nissan rushes to solution under pressure, this recall may be premature and did not fix the problem. Unlike Toyota blames floor mat, Nissan actually did better job and issue the recall. But my concern is the recall may fix the problem, but it also may only reset the bad computer state but the issue is still there. We may know the truth years later. But it makes me feel nervous that we may still lost breaks during driving
