Upgrading Fluence battery with cells of Leaf GEN2 24kw battery

Hi,

After 1 day SOH has increased from 67% to 78% lets hope it keeps increasing. If I can find another "barebone" battery or one with bad cells I will try to build another pack with 40kw Leaf cells. I will also try to make this work with Fluence to get full capacity of battery in use: https://www.orionbms.com/products/orion-bms-standard/ They already have a guide of how to use and connect it to Nissan Leaf so it is good starting point for Fluence also.

Hi,

Three weeks after swapping cells SOH% is this and still climbing(Actually was 93% few minuts ago). For some reason on mine it has improved slower than usually. Considering of buying another Fluence and upgrading it with 40kw Leaf cells.

Hello, how you solve CAN BUS messages from pelizer devices? Did you reprogram BMS?

Which SOH value is actually displayed? I got a new LG Chem Battery (23,7 kWh specified) half a year ago and it does not show more than 93% SOH @ 21,0 kWh. Maybe SOH estimate of Fluence Spy is wrong.
