Ich muss mal sehen was da genau los ist.
Es geht hierbei nicht um meinen Ex KIA, sondern um einen für jemand "organisierten".
Die Reichweite zeigt selbst jetzt bei 90% SoC gemäss ONBoard System genau 100km an.
ABER: Die Fahrt von 99% auf 90% war genau 32.9km.
Brauchte also 9%. Genau die gleiche Distanz machte ich mit dem i3 (29.5kWh brauchbar) und brauchte auch 10%....passt soweit etwa.

Was immer da nicht stimmen mag.....

Normally I only charge to 80%. Only once I have tested the capacity by charging to 100% and then driving down below 10% SOC.
The two times I have calculated the usable battery capacity using the actual numbers given by the BMS, once when charging and once when driving, the value I get is almost exactly 30.0kWh , which is also what the service techs suggested it would be.

Wenn ich das jetzt richtig kombiniere, stehen beim Tauschakku also 30kWh zur Verfügung jedoch mit der 96er Konfiguration.

Es scheint wirklich so, dass mehr brauchbare Kapazität zur Verfügung steht. 200km Reichweite mit dem von Kia angegeben Verbrauch von 14.7kWh/100km sind nun machbar.
Somit erhöht sich auch die Lebensdauer der Batterie bei gleichbleibender Vollladezyklenzahl.

Ich bin somit mehr als zufrieden

The replacement pack has 192 cells. There are 96 cell pairs in series. The labelled increase in the energy density of the cells is from 37.5Ah to 40Ah. (Cell pairs in parallel have double this.) The original cell was labelled E375, the new one is the E400.

I have no evidence what the new capacity of my battery pack is (total or usable), nor how big the 'early-years' buffer may be.
The values for the SOH used by Torque are not accurate for any cars other than the original model years.
The 'early-years' buffer can only be calculated retrospectively after it has been lost, by assuming a linear rate of degradation.
It was 10%, hence the 110% shown by Torque for the SOH of a new battery.
Between 2015 and 2018 we had a lot of data from about 20 cars so I am fairly confident the calculation is correct.
It is unlikely I will ever have that confidence to guess this again.

The only reason most users want to know the SOH is for the timing of the battery replacement. The value calculated by the SoulEVSpy app is much better suited for this. It only uses the deterioration of the single worst cell. For a bad battery it is that single worst cell that determines when the battery will fail.

Wobei dieser Verbrauch inkl. Ladeverluste ist. Du musst die 27kWh ins Verhältnis zu den 212km (weiß ich nicht mehr sicher) setzen, dann hast den Fahrverbrauch.

The interesting aside that I take from this is that the SK Innovation E375 cells for the original soul EV were in production from July 2014 to May 2016.
The newer E400 cells for the MY2018 Soul EV began production exactly a year before that car was released. There must have been a considerable stock of the older cells when the changeover occurred. But given that the original cells are no longer produced and presumably no longer in stock replacement battery packs must now use the newer cells. A possible exception to this is the refurbished packs seen in the US. Theoretically they could get the older cells that are in good condition from crashed cars, or from cars that had a replacement battery but only a single cell was bad. I am guessing this has happened based on the fact that my replacement pack is obviously better than the original and yet many US posts have commented that the new battery does not seem to be so good. The part number for those packs is 37510 E4200R REMAN PACK ASSY-BATT.

Mit 79% (von 95% auf 16%) ergab es 205 Kilometer heute......
Höhendiffernez war von ca. 450 Meter (Starthöhe) auf 250 Meter runter.
Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass da ein 30er Akku nun drinn werkelt....denn da war 30 Kilometer Autobahn mit 100km/h auch noch dabei.
Bei 100% ergäbe dies ca. 250 Kilometer.
Warum aber das Dashboard immer noch von ca. 110 Kilometer bei 100% ausgehen will...rückstellen lässt dich dies offensichtlich nicht.

Die Reichweite mit der neuen Batterie ist markant gestiegen. 230-250km Reichweite bei den jetzigen Wetterverhältnisse sind gut machbar. Das kann ich so bestätigen. Bei SOC 80% wird im Display eine Reichweite von 165km angegeben, was ja beim Soul eher konservativ eingestellt ist.
Bin sogar überzeugt, dass im Sommer auf unseren Landstrassen mit den vielen Dörfern die 300km geknackt werden können.

Warum bei deinem Beispiel die Reichweiteangabe so niedrig ist, kann ich mir nur so vorstellen, dass die Software für die neue Batterie nicht angepasst wurde.
Ich würde mal das Auto in Rümlingen zeigen lassen (R. Koelliker). Die haben jetzt Erfahrung gesammelt.
