QR-Code an Säule wird nicht erkannt - "Pairing" erforderlich? (Monta App)

Hat jemand mal die EVSE-ID der Säule und die des QR-Codes verglichen?

"Die Ladesäule ist noch nicht gekoppelt" wird wohl dem entsprechen, was der Monta-Support mir gegenüber als fehlendes "Pairing" bezeichnet hat.
Die Abhilfe soll sein, die Ladesäule über die Monta-App an Monta zu melden, woraufhin Monta den Betreiber zum Pairing auffordert.

Ob sich jeder existierende QR-Code mit der Monta App koppeln lässt oder nur von Monta ausgegebene Codes, da bin ich mir trotz vieler Fragen an den Monta Support noch nicht sicher.
Dein Arbeitgeber, der wohl einen Vertrag mit Monta hat und von denen Codes erhalten hat, sollte aber schon das Pairing durchführen können.

We recommend reporting any deficient QR code to the owner of the charger through our app by following these steps:
- Go to the charge point you want to report
- Click on the little question mark in the right corner
- Click on Report this charge point
- Report the charge point by selecting a reason and describing the issue
- Click on "Submit Report"

Your understanding is correct, acquiring a QR code, is the step to get the sticker because the second step after that would be to pair it, that is the part where the owner can link an existing QR code to his charge point

Even when ordering a Monta QR code, it is not paired and needs to be paired, so the system pairs any QR code with the charge point, but the process has to be done by the charge point owner

Hallo, wenn man einen QR Code von Monta bekommt, muss man diesen erst im Backend einer Ladestation zuordnen.

Ich hatte von Monta auch schon mal einen QR Code bekommen, der schon einer fremden Ladestation zugeordnet war. Dieser konnte dann nicht mehr verwendet werden.
Ein Entkoppeln der fremden Ladestation war mir nicht möglich.
