Mal eine Plausibilitätsfrage: Kann ein E-Motor mit einer Leistung von 185kW max ein Drehmoment von 2.500Nm haben? Oder ist da in den technischen Daten eine Kommastelle verrutscht? Das angegebene Drehmoment scheint mir Faktor 10 zu groß. Jemand Experte?

Leistung = 2 * PI * Drehmoment * Drehzahl

Das kann schon passen. Gibt auch Akkuschrauber mit 900Nm.

Danke. Ich guckte mir einen Tesla Motor an (310kW und 660Nm), da kamen mir 2.500Nm bei 185kW etwas viel vor.
Demnach wäre die Drehzahl beim Orion E 706 u/min.

Ich habe nochmal beim Hersteller nachgefragt. Hier die Antwort:

The electric machine off the Orion platform delivers 165Nm continuous and 385NM peak torque the mechanical power output is 93kW continuous and 156kW limited peak power. This machine runs 13000 Rpm.

We Drive the front axle through a differential with the offset 10:1 as this is a mechanical speed reduction that multiplies torque and reduces speed.

Then we have an easy calculation:
165Nm x 10 = 1650Nm continuous torque
385Nm x 10 = 3850Nm peak torque

We have limited the Orion in speed and torque as you can see on the above numbers.
The spec’s that you have mentioned are the real values as tested by the RDW.
