Hacking into Zoe's CANbus

Da ich auch eher iOS nutze, habe ich mir für ZOE und CAN ein Kindle Fire HD zugelegt (neu €60,-) funktioniert gut.

Hi EVduck, so jetzt habe ich auch zugeschlagen, bekomme aber zwischen dem ELM und dem Amazon Fire HD keine Bluetooth-Verbindung hin. Beim ELM leuchtet die Power-LED und beim Reinstecken kurz die mittlere LED sonst passiert nichts.
Ich habe mir extra den grünen Konnwei 902 ELM327 geholt.

Ich habe ebenfalls einen "Konnewei KW902" bei eBay gekauft, er läuft klasse, stürzt aber immer wieder nach etwa ein bis eineinhalb Stunden reproduzierbar ab... O.

Gibt es eigentlich die Möglichkeit mit dem CanZE Tool den Fehlerspeicher zurück zu setzen,
oder gar die Liste der Meldungen auszulesen?

Vielleicht wurde dies ja bereits schon mal gemacht.

Yes/No. It is in there, including the "magic instruction" to put the car into a mode that a clear DTC commands really DOES clear it. It is not trouble- free though.

I am really adding tons and tons of diagnostics stuff in CanZE, as I think most of the "driving" stuff is complete enough AND as I got my hands on quite a bit of documentation. It's already quite a bit of impressive stuff in "my" development version. Have a look at the CanZE blog to see where we are. http://canze.fisch.lu I will try to add the meaning of the DTC codes in there too soon. Expect a new release, with probably still quite a few bugs in this area somewhere end of January. -ish

Since there will be a battery heater and i would like to see when it works and how much it draws

Yes, all the code is already in for the '90 models. I have to say though for now we've only changed the various battery parameters, but we assume the computers are the same and use the same messages etc. As we have no 90 model to play with, that is a bit of a gamble.

Personally, I think the 90 will do great, though there will be price pressure soon.

Thank you so much for your offer for translation. To be bluntly frank, we have not put much effort in separating out language strings. I will put that into an issue request. Only after we have fixed that we can start thinking about a multi language version. It might be quite a while, there is still SO much to do and there are only two people developing in spare time.......

Right now, I am just wrapping up Diagnostics ans DTC displays, which was LONG overdue.
