Thank you for your inquiry. In order to get the RFID card, you have to print out and fill out the form in the attachment. Once you've filled it out, scan it and send it to this e-mail address along with a scan of your car's registration card. The ELEN RFID card will be then sent to your address. The full list of ELEN charging stations is available here: http://elen.hep.hr/

You may be interested to know that a super charger charging station will be deployed soon near the city of Otočac so you can use it during your holiday stay in Croatia. Also, we would like to notify you that HEP, the company in charge of the ELEN project, is working on building additional charging stations on the Croatian highways which should make long-distance travel easier.

>
> Procedure for your personal RFID card issuance is following:
> 1. Please send us following data:
> Name and Surname:
> Contact phone number:
> Contact e-mail:
> RFID mailing address:
> Year of birth:
> Model and type of EV/PHEV:
> Year of vehicle production:
> Expected yearly mileage:
> Expected yearly percentage of EV charging at publicly available
> charging stations in Croatia:
>
> 2. After receiving your inputs, we shall send you your personalized
> RFID card via currier within 7 working days.
>
> 3. Once you receive your RFID card, you'll be asked to send us a short
> confirmation letter to e-mobility@t.ht.hr.
>
> 4. Your card will be activated within 24 hours.
>
> 5. We provide a free of charge access to all charging stations within
> HT portfolio until further notice.
>
> Sincerely Yours,
> Croatian Telecom, Inc

Dear customer,

We are informing you that, as of 1st of July 2018, ELEN charging stations can be accessed via any RFID card operating at the frequency of 13,56 MHz – for example, most of the charging cards from charging station operators in your country should work. Many other contactless cards should work as well.

The only charging stations that do not support this feature are in Zagreb and Koprivnica. Charging stations in Zagreb and two in Koprivnica (Ante Starčevića street and Antuna Mihanovića street) can be accessed via the PIN code that is written on the charging stations themselves.

Full list of our charging stations is available at: http://elen.hep.hr/ .

We do not collect any personal information in this way.

Using ELEN stations is still free of charge. We will notify you about any change in terms of use in advance.

Please find the ELEN user manual in the attachment. In case of charging station malfunction, please call the number written on the charging station.

Best regards,

eMobility Team
Somit geht jede x-beliebige RFID-Karte 8-) .

Thank you for your interest in using electric vehicle chargers (EVC’s)!

Croatian Telecom provides access the largest number of publicly available charging stations in the Republic of Croatia as well as in the region, with more than 160 publicly available charging stations in more than 90 cities.

You can find out more about the HT service of EVC here: https://www.hrvatskitelekom.hr/poslovni/ict/e-mobilnost

Croatian Telecom EVC’s can be activated in two ways:

1. Using mobile Plugsurfing application

2. Via T-RFID card

1. Activation with the Plugsurfing application

To activate the EVC through the application, you need to install the Plugsurfing application on your smartphone and follow the steps from the application.

To download an app, click on the icon depending on the operating system installed on your smartphone:

https://cdn.buttercms.com/r4TAuG0rQ8KzCARBFtTU https://cdn.buttercms.com/mYIOV2tQFoMrAnaLgeAl

1. Card Activation (T-RFID)

The procedure for getting a prepaid T-RFID card that will enable you to activate the EVC-s managed by Croatian Telecom is as follows:

• You need to buy a card in the nearest T-center:

Dubrovnik, Vukovarska 36

Karlovac, Pavla Rittera Vitezovića 2

Krk, Bodulska bb

Makarska, Šetalište Svetog Petra 1

Rijeka - Tower centar, Janka Polića Kamova 81A

Split - Marmontova 7-9

Varaždin, Kapucinski trg 5

Velika Gorica, Kurilovečka 2

Zabok, Matije Gupca 67

Zadar, Polačišće 2

Zagreb - City center one zapad, Jankomir 33

Zagreb - City center one istok, (Žitnjak) Slavonska avenija 11D

Zagreb - Arena Centar, Ulica Vice Vukova 6

• The price of the card is 200,00 kn (VAT included). The paid amount can be used for the charging service at the EVC stations where the service is charged. On the charging stations that are free of charge, the card will serve you for an unlimited number of activations of EVC-s.

List of publicly available EVC-s, with active occupancy status information and information on whether the charging service is charged you can find at: https://hr.rechargespots.eu/.

Sincerely,

„ Der Preis der Karte beträgt 200,00 kn (inkl. MwSt.).

"Dear ELEN users,

starting from 30th of June 2021, the ELEN smartphone app will be required in order to initialize a charging session on ELEN chargers via scanning the QR code placed on the charger or by manually selecting the desired charger in the app.

Download the app here:

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... r.hep.elen

iOS: https://apps.apple.com/app/elen/id1481444672

If you haven't already, you can download the app and register an account as early as today. Until 30th of June you can charge your vehicle as before, via RFID cards or plug & charge, depending on the charger model. Charging remains free until further notice.

Best regards

eMobility Team
